Ingredients
- 4 oz Organic Tofu
- 1 cup Organic Chopped Spinach
- 39 g Organic Carrots
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp Oriental Tamari Sauce
- 1 tsp Ground Turmeric
- 2 tbsp Onions, Green, Raw
- 1 oz Organic Alfalfa Sprouts
- 25 g Portobello mushroom
- 1 level scoop Nutritional Yeast Flakes
Directions
Wash and chop the spinach and grate the carrot. Put on a small wok with the water and cook. When almost done add the tamari sauce, garlic powder and turmeric, stir and add the tofu drained and scrambled and the nutritional yeast, cook for one minute and add the alfalfa sprouts and the green onion.
