Seafood Salmon Chowder

Warm and filling with lots of good nutrition.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Salmon
- 6 oz Crab Meat - Imitation
- 2 cups Diced Russet Potato
- 1/2 cup Carrot Slaw
- 2 cups Milk-1%
- 32 oz Clear Chicken Broth - Reduced Sodium
- 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups Chopped Frozen Spinach
Directions
Dice potatoes. You can use grated or sliced carrots, I had carrot slaw on hand. I also added chopped celery.
I stuck to just the Old Bay, to keep sodium lower, but salt and pepper might be needed.
Add everything but the spinach to a soup pot.
Heat to boiling on medium, then reduce to low and simmer.
When potatoes are cooked add the spinach and heat throughly.
Serve hot.
