Seasoned White Beans

Ingredients
- 15 oz White Beans
- 1/4 cup Parsley
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp Shallots
- 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/8 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
- 1/2 whole yiel LEMON Juice, Fresh Squeezed
Directions
1. Heat oil in sauce pan
2. Sautee shallots and garlic until tender.
3. Add drained and rinsed white beans, salt and parsley.
4. Sautee 5 minutes.
5. Add pepper and lemon juice; serve warm.
