Seitan with Curry

Ingredients
- 1/2 package Seitan (traditional)
- 3 tbsp Shallots
- 1 clove Garlic
- 150 ml Soy Cream
- 4 Cherry Tomato
- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 tbsp Curry Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Cardamom
- 2/3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Saute the shallots with the garlic. Add the seitan chopped and cook until nearly brown. Add the tomatoes chopped and the spices and saute a little bit, until everything makes a cream. Add the soy cream, a glass of water, the tomato paste and take it to a boil. Cook in low heat for 20 or 30 minutes.
