Shepherd's Pie (Low-carb, Paleo inspired but with cheese)

Shepherd's pie with lean ground beef, veggies, topped with mashed cauliflower and cheese.
Ingredients
- 575 g Cauliflower, Medium Head
- 1 lb 96% Lean Ground Beef
- 5 per container Mirepoix
- 1 cup Lite Shredded 3 Cheese Blend
- 2 tbsp light butter
- 1/2 cup Milk 2%
- 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
- 2 tbsp Garlic Minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire
Directions
Boil cauliflower. Mash with butter, salt, and milk.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Heat a large skillet to medium. Add olive oil and heat. Add meat and seasonings. Add celery, onions, carrots, garlic, and herbs. Cook until translucent. Stir in worcestershire and tomato sauce.
Pour meat mixture in a large baking dash. Top with mashed cauliflower and cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden.
