Shred protein bar

Oven baked protein bars. Great for right after a workout. Wrap these in aluminum foil and store in fridge.
Ingredients
- 4 scoop Milk Chocolate Myofusion Protein
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Original
- 9 tbsp Egg Beaters Whites
- 1/2 cup Sunkist Raisins
- 1/2 cup Quaker Oats Old-fashioned
- 2 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Organic Unsweetened Applesauce
Directions
Preheat over to 325.
Mix all ingredients together.
Spray loaf pan.
Fill loaf pan with mixture.
Bake 20-30mins or until cooked through.
Makes 6 servings
