Shredded Buffalo Chicken

Simmered, shredded & spicy. Note***Yogurt can be substituted with Mayo or Miracle Whip***
Ingredients
- 4 oz Chicken Breast
- 1/4 cup Oikos Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 2 tbsp Original BBQ Sauce
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic In Water
- 1 tsp Prepared Horseradish
- 1/2 tsp Spices, Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Directions
Butterfly chicken breast. Combine yogurt, worchestershire, franks, bbq, garlic, horseradish, cayenne pepper, red pepper & chili powder in bowl. Marinade chicken. In small sauce pan, saute onion whites. Simmer chicken & marinade for 30 minutes. Shred chicken with fork and simmer until desired consistency.
Toss in vegetables and lightly heat.
Eat plain, over rice, over noodles, on flat bread, in omelette, over salad, etc.
