Shredded Thai Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Red Pepper Sauce:- 1 medium pepper Red Bell Pepper, Raw
- 2 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
- 1 cloves Garlic Clove
- 1 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
- 8 oz Chicken Breast
- 1 cup Classic Shred Coleslaw Mix
- 1/4 cup Green Onions
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 4 tsp Soy Sauce
Directions
Red Pepper Sauce: Put chopped bell pepper and rest of ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth.
1. In large bowl, toss salad ingredients (chicken, slaw mx and onion).
2. In small bowl, beat dressing ingredients with wire whisk. Just before serving, drizzle dressing over salad; toss until evenly coated. Garnish with cilantro.
