Shrimp Ceviche by Nori

Healthy, light, low-fat and refreshing.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Shrimp - Cooked
- 1 medium Roma Tomato, Raw
- 1 tbsp Red Onion
- 2 tbsp Celery
- 1/2 yields Lime Juice Raw
- 1/2 tsp Tapatio Salsa Picante
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 tbsp Cilantro
Directions
Squeeze lime juice over the shrimp. Mix. Add salt and pepper as desired along with any other spices you might like. Add pressed garlic clove. Mince fresh cilantro, red onion, celery and dice tomatos. Add tapatio or jalepenos. Mix and refrigerate for awhile before eating. Last 1 day nicely in fridge, if you keep the tomatos out and only add them when ready to eat.
