Easy recipe for shrimp/sausage creole rice
Ingredients
- 4 cups Brown Rice Whole Grain
- 1/2 cup Red Bell Peppers
- 3 link Classic Smoked Sausage
- 2 lb shrimp
- 1 tbsp Seasoning
- 12 oz Chicken Broth (canned)
- 1 tsp Pepper, Black
- 1 tsp Organic Ground Cayenne Red Pepper
Directions
Cook rice. In skillet, brown sausage and red peppers. Saute until red pepper are not crunchy. Once rice is complete, add can of chicken broth. Add shrimp, sausage and pepper combination. Add seasoning and let simmer for about 10 min. Done.
