Shrimp Scampi

Easy scampi made with frozen shrimp and wine/herb-flavored chicken stock.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Frozen Medium Shrimp
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 cups Chicken Broth With Lemon And Herb
- 1 tbsp Italian Herbs
- 1/2 lb Thin Spaghetti
- 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
Directions
Defrost frozen shrimp in water for 5-10 minutes. Pull off tails.
Cook pasta until al dente.
Melt butter in pan and add flour to make a roux. Add broth slowly and whisk. Add herb mixture and juice of half a lemon. Add salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
Add defrosted shrimp into sauce until warmed through. Toss pasta with shrimp and sauce.
