Ingredients
- 100 g Silken Tofu
- 10 g Carrots
- 10 g Green Beans
- 10 Quail Egg
- 3 clove Garlic, Whole
- 1 tsp Pepper, White
- 1 tsp Salt
Directions
Boil Quail Egg, then peel the eggshell
Slice Silken Tofu, Carrot, Green Bean, and Garlic
Put 240 ml water on pan
Put Garlic, Carrot and Green Bean, wait until 5 minutes
Put Silken Tofu, Quail Egg, Salt, and White Pepper, then stir
