A protein-filled berry and flax seed smoothie

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 cup Mixed Berries, Antioxidant Blend
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seeds Ground
  • 1 medium banana

DIRECTIONS

1 In a blender combine mixed berries, unsweetened almond milk, plain greek yogurt, ground flax seed and banana.
2 Blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.
3 Garnish with fresh berries.
4 Enjoy!
