Simple Kielbasa Soup

Simple, quick Kielbasa soup with beans and carrots
Ingredients
- 16 oz Polska Kielbasa
- 16 oz Whole Carrots
- 1 3/4 cups Eden Low Fat Organic Navy Beans with No Salt Added
- 425 g Sun-vista Pinto Beans
Directions
Slice Kielbasa. Add to 8 quart pot. Shred carrots and add to pot. Drain and rinse beans and add to pot. Cover plus about 3 inches with water. Simmer for 4 hours or longer. Season to taste (with salt and pepper or whatever suits your mood).
