simple stir fry

A simple stir fry that i make when i need to clean out the fridge before grocery day. Experiment with different meats, veggies and sauces for endless variety.
Ingredients
- 1 large Green Bell Pepper
- 1 medium Red Bell Pepper, Raw
- 1/2 medium Red Onion (whole)
- 10 pieces Baby Carrots, Raw
- 1 cup Premium Snow Peas
- 8 oz Chicken Breast (boneless,skinless)
- 1 cup Broccoli, Chopped
- 2 tsp Oil, Canola
- 200 mL PC Memories of Thailand Fiery Chili Pepper Sauce
- 1 tbsp Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Pineapple Diced
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
Directions
1. Cube chicken, fry in oil and garlic on med heat. Reserve for use later.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients (leave delicate ones out until the end, ie: pineapple, snap peas, etc) to the pan and cook on high heat for 10 mins, or until desired tenderness.
3. Add chicken, toss and serve with rice or noodles.
