Skillet Chicken and Rice

This is a skillet chicken and rice. You can substitute dark meat OR Boneless Chicken if you want.
Ingredients
- 4 piece Chicken Breasts
- 3 cups Rice, White
- 28 oz Green Beans
- 1 1/2 medium Onion, Sweet
- 1/4 lb Mozzerella Cheese
- 6 tbsp Butter
- 4 tsp Chicken Bullion
- 6 1/2 cups Tap Water
Directions
Place Butter, 1/2 c water, Onion and Chicken in electric Skillet or Large Fry pan on med low heat. Cover, Cook (40min for Skinned/Bone in Chicken Breasts) OR half way.
Remove Chicken--add 6c water and Chicken Bullion--bring to a boil
Add Rice and Chicken -- Cover, Cook 18min on low heat
Add Green Beans and cover Chicken Pcs with Cheese Slices --- Cover cook until Cheese is melted.
Serve and Enjoy!!!
**COOKING TIP** I boiled the water and Bullion on the side while the chicken was cooking to save time. After step one I was able to go to Step 3.
Using 4 large breasts--4 of us ate and we have left overs for us all to eat again with the chicken cut up.
