Skinny Bitch French Toast

Simple, Quick, Whole grain French Toast for days you want something that feels naughty but is actually pretty good for you!
Ingredients
- 2 oz Sprouted Seven-Grain
- 2 large Egg White
- 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
Whisk together the eggs, vanilla and syrup (if desired)
Spray nonstick skillet with pam
Place sliced bread in shallow pan with egg mixture and coat
Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes
Serve with Sugar Free maple syrup and maybe some turkey sausage links
