Skyline Chili

This is a copycat recipe of the Cincinnati favorite Skyline Chili. You can choose to serve over spaghetti.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Hot Cocoa Mix
- 16 oz Ground White Turkey
- 1 cup Light Red Kidney Beans
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 2 cups Ready To Serve Beef Broth
- 1 cup Onions
- 6 tsp Spices, Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 medium raw Green-bell Pepper
- 1/2 cup Celery
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
- 1/4 tsp Spices, Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Allspice, Ground
- 1/4 tsp Cloves, Ground
- 1/2 cup Fat-free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
1. Brown meat, peppers and onions, then drain.
2. Add beef stock to meat/onion mixture and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add all remaining ingredients (except cheese) and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes.
4. Remove bay leaf
5. Serve over spaghetti (if you desire) and top with cheese
