Slimming World Chocolate Cake (Must try!)

For all you chocoholics and cake lovers out there... enjoy a slice (or two!) of this cake - guilt free.
Ingredients
- 100 g All-bran Cereal
- 6 oz Water
- 2 Eggs, Medium
- 2 tbsp Cocoa
- 24 tsp Granulated Splenda
Directions
Pour boiling water over the all bran in a large bowl and let it soak through. Mix thoroughly.
Add eggs, cocoa powder and sweetener and beat the mixture until it's all combined.
Pour into a plastic bowl and smooth the top with a knife or spoon.
Microwave(yes, that's right) on high for 6 minutes.
Turn the cake unto a plate, cut into 6 slices and enjoy.
I sometimes add raisins to this recipe. Remember to factor in the extra calories. You could also serve it cold with low fat plain yoghurt.
