A delicious, savory mash up of imitation crab, corn and other ingredients, it sounds weird, but makes my stomach sing
Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Clove
- 1 slices Sliced Bacon
- 1/2 cup Imitation Crab Liana
- 2/3 cup Frozen Cut Corn
- 3/8 cup Frozen Cut Okra
- 1/4 cup Baby Lima Beans-frozen
- 1/2 tbsp Seasame Oil
- 1/4 tsp Ground White Pepper
- 1/2 tbsp 100% Pure Cornstarch
- 1 egg
- 3 cups Drinking Water
Directions
First, prep the wok with some olive oil. I mist the entire wok with a light coat so the ingredients do not stick. Cut the garlic into half and brown it. Add bacon, cook to desired crispiness.
Add imitation crab and break it apart.
Add sliced mushrooms, frozen veggies. Let cook till all ingredients are soft. Add water, mix. Add sesame oil and pepper to season.
Thicken by stirring in with cornstarch paste.
Add eggs!
Serve.
