Slow Cooker Grass Fed Beef Brisket

Ingredients
- 1 medium Sweet Potato
- 1/2 medium Red Onion (whole)
- 1/2 cup Cremini Mushrooms
- 2 cups kale, raw
- 3 lb Beef Brisket
- 1 1/2 cups Organic Tomato Sauce No Salt
- 3 Garlic Clove
Directions
Chop all veggies up roughly and place in slow cooker. Mince or press garlic and add. Rinse off brisket and place in the pot. cover with can of tomato sauce. Set cooker to 4 hours on high and 6 hours on low. Enjoy immediately and throughout the week.
