Slow Cooker white bean turkey chili

White bean chili using lean ground turkey and simmered all day in a slow cooker.
Ingredients
- 15 1/2 oz Black-eyed Peas
- 16 oz Creole Cream Style Navy Beans
- 16 oz Great Northern Beans
- 3 stlk Celery, raw, diced
- 1 medium Yellow Onion
- 32 oz Chicken Broth
- 4 oz Diced Green Chilies
- 4 tbsp Corn Starch
- 16 oz Honeysuckle Ground Turkey
- 3 cloves Garlic, Raw
Directions
Brown turkey, onions, celery and garlic over medium heat until turkey is done. Combine turkey, onion, celery mixture with remaining ingredients in large crock pot (except cornstarch). Add 2 tsp. ground cumin and salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Whisk cornstarch with 1/2 cup water until dissolved. Add cornstarch mixture to crockpot during last hour of cooking. Stir well. Top with Monterrey Jack or goat cheese crumbles before serving.
