Ingredients
Pizza dough:- 10 oz Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 package Activedry Yeast
- 3/4 cup Water
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce - No Salt Added
- 1 oz Part Skim Mozzarella Natural Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 medium raw Green-bell Pepper
- 1 oz Roasted Red Pepper
- 1 tsp Scallion Cream Cheese
Directions
Pizza dough: make dough
Roll out pizza dough - this was a bit less than half of a Publix dough ball.
Spread with sauce. Add toppings. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
