Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast

In addition to being a great source of protein, smoked salmon offers a solid dose of omega-3 fats which are important for health.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 2 slice Sprouted Whole Grain Bread
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 3 oz Smoked Salmon
  • 1 pinch Perfect Pinch Salt Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning

DIRECTIONS

1 Toast the two slices of bread and peel the avocado, spreading evenly between the two pieces of toast.
2 Sprinkle the avocado with the seasoning and top with wild salmon.
