Smooothie!

yummy and healthy smoothie to start the day. I buy frozen fruit in bulk at costco and then make "smoothie packs" - blueberries, strawberries and bananas in a plastic bag; I freeze them and then when i need a smoothie i just grab a bag and throw it in the blender with yogurt and a little juice!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 8 medium Strawberries
- 1/2 Banana, large
- 1/2 cup Low-fat Plain Yogurt
- 3 oz Blueberry Juice
- 1 tsp Honey
Directions
Place the frozen fruit in a blender, add yogurt and juice and blend well. The honey isn't necessary; adjust the sweetness to suit your desires.
Of course, add protein powder or chia seeds or whatever else you'd like for an extra boost.
