Kim's Fruit and Protein Smoothie

smoothie for extra protein...banana free, for people like me who are allergic, or people who don't like bananas
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Proteins+
- 2 cups Frozen Berry Medley
- 1 cup BioBest Plain yogourt
- 1 cup Water
Directions
put water, yogurt and protein powder in blender. Whiz on high to dissolve powder. Add berries. Whiz until smooth.
Another option is to use 1 scoop each of Protein+ and Nutrilean+
I can't get Nutrilean+ to show up in the list when doing the recipe so I'll have to make another recipe when I can get that function to work properly GRRRrrrrrr!!!!
