Strawberry and Peanut Butter Smoothie - modified to use blackberries instead of strawberries, non fat yogurt and low fat milk.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Fat-free Plain Yogurt
- 1 cup Reduced Fat 2% Milk
- 2 tsp Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Frozen Blackberries
- 2 tsp Whey Protein Chocolate Flavour
- 48 oz Ice Cubes
Directions
Include all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. For extra volume, add more ice.
