Making smoothies helps me get my fruit intake in the morning.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Frozen Mixed Berries
- 1 cup Crushed Ice
- 1/4 cup Soy Milk
Directions
Add all ingredients in a blender. Start on a low speed and as ingredients get blended, turn up speed. If the smoothie is too thick, add more soy milk.
