Snowy Day Pizza

Three cheeses on on a Boboli thin crust topped with Cherub tomatoes and a dash of spices
Ingredients
- 10 oz Thin Italian Pizza Crust
- 100 g Pizza Sauce
- 60 g Mozzarella
- 61 g Freshley Shredded Parmesan
- 32 g Asiago Cheese
- 1 tbsp Oregano, Ground
- 1 tsp Basil, Dried
- 65 g Cherub Tomatoes
Directions
Top crust with sauce.
Grate Parmesan onto sauce.
Cover with Mozzarella.
Add basil & oregano.
Grate Asiago into top.
Slice Cherubs in half and arrange cutely.
Bake on pizza stone or over rack 8-11 minutes, or until done.
Optional: Broil 60-90 seconds at end of baking to brown cheeses.
