1. Pour dressing* over greens and toss
2. Assemble on plates with avocado and citrus segments, then sprinkle hemp seeds on top

*Recipe for So Much Citrus Dressing:
Prep time: 5 minutes
Servings: 10

¾ cup citrus juice: I used equal parts lemon, lime, and orange
½ cup neutral oil
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp whole grain mustard
1 tsp coconut sugar
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp dried ginger
1/8 tsp cracked black pepper

In a mason jar, add all ingredients and shake well until uniform in texture
