Sourdough Bread
Ingredients
- 10 cups Unbleached Bread Flour
- 4 cups Water
- 2 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
The night before combine 4 C water, 5 C flour, and weigh. Add starter and weigh again. The difference is the weight of starter that you need to remove the next morning remove starter, and then add remaining sponge to mixer.
Add salt and flour, 1 C at a time until a stiff dough is formed. Once formed hand need for 3-5 minutes then let rise in a greased bowl. Once doubled in size form into loaves and place in 4 greased loaf pans.
Once doubled bake at 375 for 40 minutes
