SourMama's Cole Slaw

Great side for any meal or occasion.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Cabbage, Raw
- 1 cup Onions
- 1 cup Grated Carrots
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 3 tbsp Mayo
- 3/4 tbsp French's Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Coarse Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp Spices, Pepper, Black
Directions
Thinly slice and chop the cabbage (or to the consistency of your liking) and place in a medium mixing bowl. Chop your onion and grate the carrot and place in the bowl with the cabbage. Add your salt, peppers, mayo, mustard and mix well. Chill for approx. 1 hour before serving.
