Chopped salad with a kick
Ingredients
- 2 cups Baby Spinach
- 4 oz Chicken Breast
- 1/4 cup Garbanzo Beans
- 1/4 cup Black Beans
- 1/4 cup Whole Kernel Corn (frozen)
- 1/4 cup Sliced Jalapenos
- 1 tbsp Minced Onion
- 1 tbsp Horseradish, Prepared
- 1/4 cup Chunky Salsa
- 1 tbsp ORIGINAL CAYENNE PEPPER SAUCE
- 2 tsp Fajita Seasoning
Directions
Pound chicken flat & season with fajita seasoning. Grill, chop & chill.
Chop spinach and toss with veggies, franks & fajita seasoning. Toss with chicken. Top with salsa/horseradish mix.
