Spaghetti with garlic and oil (not low fat)

Classic Italian late night snack-- I use it for dinner
Ingredients
- 4 oz Plus Multigrain Spaghetti
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 4 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Pine Nuts
- 2 tbsp Parsley
- 1 tbsp Parmesan And Romano
Directions
Put on water to boil the spaghetti. Meanwhile heat the oil, add minced garlic and pine nuts, watching carefully to prevent burning. Garlic will continue to cook after you remove it from the heat so undercook it then set aside. When spaghetti is cooked, drizzle with oil and garlic and nuts, then top with parsley and cheese.
