Spaghetti & Meatballs

Pretty quick and makes a good dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Spaghetti, 100% Whole Wheat
- 1 cup Roasted Garlic
- 4 oz Ground Beef 97/3
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Fat Free Cheese
Directions
- Boil spaghetti in 6 cups of water. Drain and transfer to 2 plates.
- While the spaghetti is boiling, form 20 meatballs from just the meat, each being about the size of a marble. Pan fry until cooked through.
- Heat sauce in pan, when it starts to boil, remove from heat.
- Pour half sauce over each plate, put 10 meatballs on each plate, top with 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella.
