Spaghetti/penne/cheese

a mix between spaghetti and mac and cheese
Ingredients
- 1/3 lb Lean Ground Turkey
- 1/2 medium Yellow Onion
- 1 cloves Garlic Clove
- 4 medium mushrooms Crimini Mushroons
- 1 cup White Rice (cooked)
- 2 cups Penne Rigate
- 1/2 cup Wisconsin Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 cups Marinara Sauce
Directions
cook white rice and boil pasta. Brown ground turkey with salt and olive oil then throw in the rest of the vegetables. add salt to taste and Italian seasoning. mix white rice and penne into sauce, then sprinkle in cheddar and mix well...garnish and serve :)
