Spanish Style Garlic and Rosemary Roasted Chicken and Onions

Ingredients
- 4 oz Chicken Tenderloins
- 1/2 cup Onions
- 1 tsp Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp LEMON Juice, Fresh Squeezed
- 1/2 cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Rosemary, Dried
- 1 tsp Oregano, Dried
Directions
-Dice onion in to a medium dice,
-Dice chicken tenderloins into bite sized pieces
-Place onion, chicken and garlic into small baking dish (tapas dish)
-pour broth, olive oil, and lemon juice over chicken and onions
-sprinkle rosemary and paprika over the top of the chicken
-bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes
-broil for 3 more minutes or until chicken is a golden brown
