- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
- 2 tsp Honey
- 2 tsp Dried Wild Blueberries
- 1/2 tbsp Walnuts Chopped
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
Directions
make oatmeal according to directions on box, plus add all the rest of the ingredients. can use any type of dried or fresh fruit and your favorite nut.
