Spicy Chinese Chicken

Chicken and Rice with a tangy asian sauce and vegetables to taste
Ingredients
- 6 oz Chicken Breast
- 1/4 cup Basmatti Rice (no Butter)
- 1/2 tsp Sugar (tsp)
- 1/2 tsp Vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp Cooking White Wine
- 3/4 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 tbsp 100% Pure Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Tap Water
- 1/4 cup Green Onion
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 1 1/4 tsp Olive Oil
Directions
Take 3/4 tbsp of cornstarch and mix with a pinch of salt, onion powder, garlic powder and red pepper and use to coat the chicken breast. Pan fry with olive oil until bottom side is browned. Turn chicken breast and add garlic, green onions and any vegetables desired. Mix all other ingredients together and pour into chicken and vegetables just before the chicken is done. Mix continuously for 1 minute as the sauce thickens. Serve with rice.
