Spicy Italian/Cajun Pasta

Spicy sausage and cajun seasoned pasta
Ingredients
- 2 link Mild Italian Sausage
- 1 servings per can Rotel Original
- 2 cups Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1/4 cup Onions
- 1/2 cup Feta Crumbled Cheese
- 8 oz Perciatelli Macaroni Product
Directions
Prepare pasta according to package directions.
Saute diced onion and sliced mushrooms in skillet with pam untiot l softened. Crumble Italian sausage links into skillet and brown. Can use hot Italian sausage for spicier flavor. When fully cooked, add 1 can Rotel. Drain pasta and add to skillet. Mix thoroughly, then add 1/2 cup feta cheese. Top with Cajun spice to taste and mix. Heat until feta cheese starts to melt.
Variations: Hot Italian sausage; Hot Rotel tomatoes; Whole wheat pasta. You can basically use any type of pasta (except lasagna noodles)
