One way to prepare Trader Joe's Soycutash. I like to serve with Collard Greens and Fried Eggs for a healthy redux southern-style breakfast (http://www.livestrong.com/thedailyplate/meals/lizlilac/southern-breakfast-redux/).
Ingredients
- 1 second Canola Oil Spray
- 2 cups Soycutash
- 2 tbsp Soy Milk Creamer
- 1 tsp Chili Paste With Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Lundberg Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Spices, Pepper, Black
- 1/4 tsp Chicken Base
Directions
1) Spray cooking oil for 1 second to bottom of heavy sauce pan
2) Add frozen Trader Joe's Soycutash (regular frozen succotash will also taste delicious, but have different nutritional value since Soycutash has edamame instead of lima beans)
3) Add Spices, bouillon paste & garlic chili paste
4) Add soy creamer
5) Cook until vegetables are tender
