Spicy Stir-Fried Squid w/ Vegetables

Squid is cut into bite-sized pieces then pan stir-fried with spicy kochujang (red chilli pepper paste) along with kochukaru (red chili pepper flakes), sesame oil, red/green chili peppers, green onions, carrots and onions. You may find this dish too spicy even diluted with rice that accompanies this dish.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Calamari/squid Tubes Raw
- 1/2 medium Yellow Onion
- 2 stalk Fresh GREEN ONIONS
- 1/4 cup Sliced Carrots
- 2 Jalapeno Pepper
- 4 oz Shiitake Mushroom
- 2 1/2 tbsp Fermented Red Pepper Paste(gochujang)
- 2 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce Lite
- 2 tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
Directions
1. Wash and rinse oSquid, cut the into 2"-3" lengths, Drain well.
2. Prepare and mix all ingredients for sauce, mushrooms, pepper paste, pepper flakes, soy sauce, oil, seeds and garlic.
3. Combine final sauce with squid and marinate for 10 minutes.
4. Heat pan on a medium high heat, cook for 8-10 minutes or until done.
