Our creamy spinach-artichoke dip features labneh in place of sour cream, cream cheese and mayo. Labneh is full of calcium and protein while being low in carbs and fat. It also adds a richness that you don’t quite get with your typical supermarket Greek yogurt.

Ingredients

Directions

1. Chop half of the fresh spinach and reserve.
2. Over a steamer filled with a ¼ inch of boiling water, steam the other half of the spinach in batches until it wilts, then dunk in a bowl of ice water, drain and press in a towel (or paper towels) to remove all the moisture. Chop and reserve.
3. Mix steamed and raw spinach into labneh. Add chopped artichokes, pressed garlic, Parmesan, salt, pepper and Cayenne. Adjust seasoning and serve with crudites or bagel chips.
