Spinach lasagna

spinach and cottage cheese lasagna
Ingredients
- 1 lb Low fat Cottage Cheese
- 2 cups Natural Shredded Low-Moisture Mozzarella
- 1 Eggs
- 10 oz Chopped Spinach (frozen)
- 1/2 g Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Oregano, Ground
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 30 oz Spaghett Sauce
- 1 package Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles
Directions
Mix all ingredients in bowl except for 1/2 cup mozzarella (saved for the top). Layer 1/2 cup noodles, 3 noodles and half cheese mixture. Repeat. Top with remaining noodles and sauce. Top with cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes, then remove foil and bake an additional 30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
