Spinach Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 27 oz potato
- 1/4 cup Baby Spinach
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Skim Milk
Directions
- Make several cuts in 2 potatoes. Wrap in a paper towel and microwave for 10 minutes.
- Place whole potatoes in a medium bowl. Smash with a potato masher. Add in diced spinach, milk, and butter. Add a little salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
