Daily oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/8 cup Steel Cut Oats
- 2 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
- 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1 oz Raw Sliced Almonds
Directions
1.Grab a bowl. Fill it with oatmeal. Heat. Mix in the other stuff.
2.Eat. Good with milk or vanilla/banana yogurt.
(Easier to make a week's worth of steel cut oatmeal at a time.)
