Stewed Rhubarb Chunks

Ingredients
- 5 rhubarb, raw (1 stalk)
- 3/4 cup Sugar
Directions
Remove leaved from rhubarb stalk. Cut into small chunks and place in a pot. Cover with sugar and stir. Let stand for an hour and the natural juices will be drawn out. Cook on medium for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Eat while warm.
