stir fried vegetables with sirloin

Stir fried pepper, onion, garlic, squash and mushrooms with sirloin
Ingredients
- 250 g Beef Rump Steak Lean Raw
- 1 g Portobello Mushroom
- 1 medium Onion, Raw
- 1 cup Peppers, Sweet, Red
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 cups Squash
- 2 tbsp Less Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt, Tsp.
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 tbsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
Directions
Cut the onion, garlic and pepper in small dices and stir fry them in a pan with a tbsp of oil.
Add the mushrooms cut in 3.
Add the soy sauce, the ground pepper and the cayenne.
Cut the squash in small cubes and add it to the mix.
Last but not least, take the fat off the meat, cut it in cubes and add it.
Stir all the time.
Let it cook for 10' to 15'.
