Terriyaki stir fry
Ingredients
- 3 cups Raw Broccoli
- 1 cup Onions
- 1 large Green Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Ginger Powder
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp White Flour
- 8 oz Chicken Breasts
Directions
Terriyaki sauce:
mix soy sauce, ginger (root or powder), lemon juice, brown sugar and flour.
Cut broccoli, onions and bell peppers into 1 inch wide strips, between 1 and 4 inches long, as desired.
Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Marinate in terriyaki sauce for up to 4 hours.
Heat wok over high flame. Remove chicken from sauce and stir fry to well done (approximately 5 minutes). Remove and set aside.
Stir fry vegetables 3 to 5 minutes in wok over high flame. Add chicken and terriyaki sauce. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve over bed of rice.
