Stone Fruit Salad

Perfect summer salad
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Riesling White Wine
- 1/2 tbsp Vinegar, Red Wine
- 1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 4 cups Lettuce, Romaine
- 1 fruit plum, raw
- 1 medium Peach
- 3 Apricots
- 1/2 cup Fresh Cherries
- 2 oz Crumbled Goat Cheese
- 2 tbsp Sliced Almonds
Directions
Heat wine in a medium saucepan over medium heat until reduced to 2 tablespoons (about 10 min). Remove from heat, and stir in vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. To serve salad, toss salad greens and fruit with dressing. Sprinkle with goat cheese and slice almonds. Serve immediately.
